Building connections across our network

Ziply Fiber partners with federal and state programs to help qualifying households, schools, libraries and healthcare providers get connected to reliable internet at a reduced cost.

Fiber internet made accessible

If you qualify for the federal Lifeline program, Ziply Fiber makes it easy to get fast, reliable internet, and a WiFi router included.

The Lifeline program helps lower the cost of internet. If you receive government subsidies or live on Tribal land, you may be eligible. Here’s what’s available:

  • Lifeline—a federal discount for qualifying low-income households in Washington, Idaho and Montana
  • Oregon Lifeline—a combined state and federal program offering additional monthly savings for qualifying Oregon residents

Your Ziply Fiber WiFi router

Good news! A WiFi router is included at no additional cost for Lifeline customers. Here's how it works:

  • New fiber internet customers get a WiFi router included with their plan from day one for internet up to 5 Gig. No equipment fees, no surprises.
  • All other customers can receive a Lifeline WiFi router at no additional cost if they need one.

Either way, you're connected with reliable whole-home WiFi and easy setup. Or our team can walk you through it.

Programs for schools, libraries & healthcare providers

Ziply Fiber participates in additional federal discount programs for qualifying institutions. If you represent a school, library, or rural healthcare provider, significant savings may be available.

  • E-Rate program
Schools and libraries may qualify for discounts of up to 90% on phone and internet services through the federally funded E-Rate program. Discounts are based on the percentage of students eligible for the National School Lunch Program and the school or library’s location.

  • Rural Health Care (RHC) discount program
Rural healthcare providers shouldn’t have to pay more for internet than urban counterparts. The RHC program helps eligible rural health clinics and hospitals access affordable, high-quality connectivity to support patient care and telehealth services.

  • Service Provider Information Number (SPIN)
Schools, libraries, and qualifying organizations applying for E-Rate funding need a Service Provider Information Number (SPIN). Ziply Fiber can provide this as part of the E-Rate application process.

Please note that the qualification and approval of applicants seeking discounts is determined by the Program(s) itself/themselves, and not by Ziply Fiber.
